Easy Returns with Lovesac Return Labels

Lovesac’s products are built to last and designed to evolve with you. Each Lovesac product has its own warranty timeframe and terms specific to the product’s features. Lovesac’s warranty only covers products purchased by the customer directly from Lovesac that have been used in an indoor, residential setting, (excluding Outdoor Sactionals). The applicable warranty time frame for each product begins on the order date. Lifetime warranties apply to the original purchaser with a maximum of 100 years from the order date. Lovesac’s warranty does not apply to the following:
​​​​​​

• Product failures or issues stemming from normal use, abuse or wear, including failure to follow washing, care, assembly or use instructions.

• Products used for commercial purposes.

• Products sold as clearance.

• Products sold as Floor Models. All Floor Models are sold in “as is” condition and are not covered under warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, a customer must submit:

During the applicable warranty period and subject to these terms and conditions, Lovesac will replace an eligible product impacted by a manufacturer defect with the same or similar product as originally purchased by the customer. Warranty applies to impacted product only. Customer shall not be entitled to a replacement or store credit for other products not impacted by a manufacturer defect that are contained in the same order as an impacted product.
