Warranty and Damage Submission Form

Each Lovesac product carries its own warranty terms and time period. The warranty applies only to items bought directly from Lovesac for use in an indoor, residential setting, not including Outdoor Sactionals. Warranty starts from the order date and excludes normal wear, misuse, or any failure to follow care or assembly directions. Floor Models are sold 'as is' and do not get warranty.
