Lovesac furniture is Designed for Life™. This means as your furniture needs change, our pieces can adapt to fit them. Switch the Covers on Sacs to match a room makeover or add Seats and Sides to your Sactionals to accommodate a growing family.

Designed for Life™ products also come with peace of mind. When you buy a Lovesac product you won’t have to worry. Upon purchase, every Lovesac product is automatically registered and your warranty is activated. To make things even easier, we’ve broken down the different warranties by product so you can clearly understand the warranty for your Lovesac purchase.

Need to Submit a Warranty Claim?

Please contact us via email at customerlove@lovesac.com. Please type "Warranty" in the subject line of your email.

For your warranty claim to be reviewed, include the following in your email:

  1. Order Confirmation Number (online purchase) or Transaction Number (in-showroom purchase). If you don't have this handy, please put the full name that's on the order/receipt.
  2. Description of the problem
  3. At least 3 detailed pictures of the issue(s).

*If you would like to purchase Durafoam®, you must have the original proof of your Sac insert purchase. Boxes of Durafoam® for purchase are limited to 2 per customer.

After that, it's in our hands. Your claim will be answered within 3 to 5 business days.

Want to Return an Item?

  • Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date you received it.
  • We cannot accept returns for special order/custom merchandise, gift cards, shipping and handling, services, and interest fees.
  • Floor model and clearance merchandise are marked final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee 1 business day after the order is placed.
  • Merchandise is eligible for a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the order being placed. Merchandise marked to final sale (ie. floor model, clearance) is not eligible for a price adjustment. To request a one-time price adjustment, please visit your local Lovesac Showroom or contact Customer Love.
  • If merchandise is being returned to a warehouse, we will gladly accept returns that ship within 7 days from the receipt of return labels and shipping materials.
  • When you request a return, we will send you shipping labels. After you receive the shipping labels, you have 7 days to return your merchandise.
  • Once we have confirmation that your merchandise is shipping back to us, we will issue funds to the original form of payment. If you paid in Showroom with cash or a check, refunds will be issued via a corporate check sent to the shipping address on file. Please allow 14 business days to process the refund via corporate check.
  • Merchandise can be returned to the Showroom or be processed and shipped via FedEx. Boxes to package and ship your merchandise for return can be provided by contacting Customer Love.
