Lovesac offers warranty coverage only for items bought directly from Lovesac and used indoors in homes, not for outdoor or commercial use. The warranty time frame starts from your order date. Issues from normal use, accidents, or not following care or washing instructions are not included. Floor models come as-is, so they aren’t covered by our warranty. - Lovesac's warranty applies exclusively to products used indoors, purchased directly from Lovesac.
- Warranty exclusions include normal wear, improper care, and commercial use of products.
- Floor models, sold 'as-is,' are excluded from any warranty coverage.
- Warranty duration begins on the original order date of the product.
- Additional warranty details are accessible via the Terms and Conditions link.
Each Lovesac product has its own warranty timeframe and terms specific to the product’s features. Lovesac’s warranty only covers products purchased by the customer directly from Lovesac that have been used in an indoor, residential setting, (excluding Outdoor Sactionals). The applicable warranty time frame for each product begins on the order date.
Lovesac’s warranty does not apply to the following:
- Product failures or issues stemming from normal use, abuse or wear.
- Product issues due to failure to follow washing, care, assembly or use instructions.
- Products used for commercial purposes.
- Products sold as Floor Models. All Floor Models are sold in “as is” condition and are not covered under warranty.
