Warranty and Damage Submission Form

Each Lovesac product has its own warranty timeframe and terms specific to the product’s features. Lovesac’s warranty only covers products purchased by the customer directly from Lovesac that have been used in an indoor, residential setting, (excluding Outdoor Sactionals). The applicable warranty time frame for each product begins on the order date.

Lovesac’s warranty does not apply to the following:

• Product failures or issues stemming from normal use, abuse or wear.
• Product issues due to failure to follow washing, care, assembly or use instructions.
• Products used for commercial purposes.
• Products sold as Floor Models. All Floor Models are sold in “as is” condition and are not covered under warranty.
