Sac Replacement Foam

Once you've done so and are approved, we will send out some extra foam for your Sac! In order to add this foam to your Sac, you will want to remove your cover and follow these instructions:

Open up your Sac Insert. Sac inserts are designed with double redundant zippers, adding an extra layer of durability and safety. The exterior zipper has a pull, but the interior zipper doesn’t—preventing kids and pets from getting into the Durafoam. To open the interior zipper you can use a paper clip, pair of pliers, or anything that will allow you to actuate the zipper.
Once open, you can now begin adding foam to your Sac Insert. Do this incrementally - not all at once. A little foam can go a long way and it is easier to add foam than to remove it.
Once done adding foam, work in reverse to close both of the redundant Sac zippers. There may be some excess pieces of foam around the opening. These can be easily vacuumed up and then put your cover back on.

Once done, store any excess foam if you are able for any potential future use.
