- Sactionals Hard Components (Seat Frames, Sides, Springs, Clamps, Feet and Shoes) have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
- Sactionals Soft Components (Seat Cushions, Back Pillows, and Covers) have a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
- Outdoor Sactionals carry the same warranty as indoor Sactionals. Lifetime on the Hard Components and 3-year on the Soft Components.
- Sactionals warranty subject to Lovesac warranty terms and conditions.
Snugg

- Wash Cover separately in cold water, on the gentlest cycle.
- Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron.
- When spills or stains occurs, wash quickly for best results.
- Washing results may vary.
