File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, a customer must submit:

The original receipt or original order number showing a purchase by the individual requesting the warranty claim is required;
Photographs showing the defects and failures with the product;
All other information requested by Lovesac on the warranty claim form found here.

During the applicable warranty period and subject to these terms and conditions, Lovesac will replace an eligible product impacted by a manufacturer defect with the same or similar product as originally purchased by the customer. Warranty applies to impacted product only. Customer shall not be entitled to a replacement or store credit for other products not impacted by a manufacturer defect that are contained in the same order as an impacted product.
