File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, a customer must submit:
  • The original receipt or original order number showing a purchase by the individual requesting the warranty claim is required;
  • Photographs showing the defects and failures with the product;
  • All other information requested by Lovesac on the warranty claim form found here.
    ​​​​​​​​
During the warranty period, and as long as these terms are followed, Lovesac will replace any product with a factory defect. The replacement will be the same or a similar product to the one the customer originally bought. The warranty only covers the defective product. If other items in the same order do not have a defect, they cannot be replaced or credited.
