File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, a customer must submit:
- The original receipt or original order number showing a purchase by the individual requesting the warranty claim is required;
- Photographs showing the defects and failures with the product;
- All other information requested by Lovesac on the warranty claim form found here.
During the warranty period, and as long as these terms are followed, Lovesac will replace any product with a factory defect. The replacement will be the same or a similar product to the one the customer originally bought. The warranty only covers the defective product. If other items in the same order do not have a defect, they cannot be replaced or credited.
