Side Cover: Carbon Crossweave

Great couches and we love these covers, So glad we added them to our home.

Since I am a single man living in 544 sq feet house, this seating is perfect for me. Assemble,unassemble, set up, desert up, rearrange, etc. love the fabric! I keep this forever even re order other fabric in the future. Pricey but worth it for lifetime!

We received our Lovesac in early December. This is an overall review of the product. Reviewing the different components seems silly to me. I am very disappointed in the quality of the backing cushions in this system. They are flat, uncomfortable, and unresponsive to constant fluffing. As a result, anyone who sits on this couch is extremely uncomfortable, as the rear structure of the couch immediately cuts into the middle of your back. In addition, the "table" we purchased for the ottoman has split along one side. I have attached a photo. As you can see in the picture, this does not look very comfortable, and nothing like the back cushions in the "showroom". This is after fluffing them vigorously and sitting on the couch for less than 5 minutes. For the price, this is a very disappointing product. I would not recommend this to anyone to purchase. Notably, most of this review was sent to customer service more than a month ago. We have heard nothing in response to our e-mail.
