Return Process

You can initiate a return with our Customer Love team (contact info below) or any of our Showrooms within 60-days of delivery of any eligible item. Be sure to have your order information ready.

Once you have started a return, package the items for return in a similar fashion to the way they were delivered. All items should be returned in original packaging, with the exception of Covers and Accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, Lovesac may be able to provide upon request. We do not provide boxes for Covers or Accessories.

Note: Covers need to be removed from Inserts and packaged separately to ensure timely processing of your return.

Once packaged and ready to ship, Lovesac will provide pre-paid return shipping labels via email and will schedule a pickup for you at the point of entry to your residence. We require all returns to be sent via Lovesac scheduled FedEx pick-up or third-party, if necessary. Please reach out to Support@lovesac.com if you need a label.

Please ensure all items including Accessories are placed at the point of entry to your residence for pickup by the start of the FedEx pickup window.

Please note that all Big Ones, Snugg Loveseats, and Snugg Sofas will be scheduled for pick up by a 3rd party.

When an item has been received and verified through our return process, you will be issued a refund back to the original form of payment.
​​​
If you paid in a Showroom with cash, refunds will be issued with a corporate check sent to the shipping address on file and may take an extended period of time.
