60-Day Home Trial
Your 60-Day Home Trial will begin once all items in a single order from our Sactionals, our Snugg, or our Sacs brands have been delivered, exclusive of accessories (see Accessory Warranty page for details). For Sactionals, this includes your Seat and Side Inserts, Covers, and any StealthTech Sound + Charge Items. For Sacs, this includes Sac Inserts, Squattomans, and Covers. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 60 days from the date you received it for a full refund or exchange.
- Merchandise that is not eligible includes but is not limited to the following:
- Custom Order Merchandise
- Clearance Merchandise
- Floor Models
- Gift cards
- Shipping or Delivery Fees
Once packaged and ready to ship, Lovesac will provide pre-paid return shipping labels via email and will schedule a pickup for you at the point of entry to your residence. We require all returns to be sent via Lovesac scheduled FedEx pick-up or third-party, if necessary. Items should be shipped back within 14 days of receiving these labels.
- Items should be placed in original packaging to ship back to Lovesac. Lovesac may provide boxes upon request.
Once your return merchandise has been received and verified, we will issue refunds back to the original form of payment within 10-14 business days.
- If you paid in a showroom with cash, refunds will be issued via a corporate check sent to the shipping address on file. This can extend the refund window.
