Crummy experience
Lovesac staff incorrectly guided me to buy pieces with piping based on my photos- except my pieces dont have any piping and TWO of their employees thought they did. Waste of TIME primarily trying to exchange these non returnable covers for ones without piping and then needing to wait an additional two months to get them. Really crappy way to do business. Additionally the stitching on the new covers is bad. I would bet money they got a different manufacturer bc the new covers look very low rent quality over the nicely stitches originals.
