Fabric is great quality and the stuffing is really malleable allowing it to be reformed easily over and over. I’ve slept through the night on it too and it is remarkably comfortable.

I am a huge Lovesac brand fan. I love their Designed For Life philosophy and I already own a sectional and four gamer sacs (which I have had since 2006). I purchased a Pillowsac (finally) and love love love the Charcoal Wombat Phur cover. I was nervous because I didn't go into a store and feel the fabric before purchasing but it is SO SO SOFT. The color is perfect and seriously everyone that comes by wants to use it.

The pillow covers are nice & soft but the cushion inserts are absolutely horrific to deal with, so the covers end up looking sloppy

I love these but it’s taken forever for me to understand how to make these work. I *think* I have figured it out but geez - it took forever. There are no tutorials. Anyway, I think the way to make it work is to try to make one end a flat surface. I have placed heavy boxes on the one side with the intention of flipping it over in a few days to make it where it is a stable seating device. Heavy boxes x 2 days now. I’ve been sliding toward one side and being irritated for far too long. We’ll see if it works. One nice thing though, it doubles as a bed with queen sheets (without the cover).

We were advised that when we received our pillow sacs that they would come with a free box of insert material. We never received the box of insert material.
