I loved it! Top quality! Excellent craftsmanship. Very very comfortable! The only issue was that because of my condition I couldn't get out of it!!! So so upset and had to send back. If I could figure out a way to stand up out of it I would definitely have another one!

Love the Chair, Disappointing shipping & Service!
The PillowSac is very comfortable. Instantly relaxes you to sleep.. BUT I WILL NEVER BUY A LOVESAC AGAIN! I had issues with my order arriving on time and the poor communication made me question if it would even arrive at all. Ordered on Dec 1st (during the holidays) and received it piece by piece at different times, with the final piece (the pillow itself) arriving in January, ruining the chair as a Christmas gift. I emailed at least twice to find out the status and had no reply. It wasn't until I called that I was informed of the warehouse issue with no definitive date provided for reassurance. The same thing when I did a follow up order for the ottoman (arrived in increments). Very disappointing.

Good but not great
Stylish texture and very comfortable but they leave a lot to be desired from a QC standpoint. Zippers are sewn in poorly so be careful putting your insert into the cover. It also smells very odd at first, the other colors I own do not.
