I’m disappointed in how much it sinks into the straps and I would’ve liked the overall frame to sit higher as well. I like the size of the chair and the quality is great. The comfort when you are in it does not disappoint. I would like to see the same thing in a higher frame as well as an armed version

I cancelled - Poor communication on ETA
Awful experience and customer service. Told backordered only after purchasing. Then was unable to get any info about delivery timeline and I wanted this for christmas guest. Texts and emails were ignored. So I cancelled and bought a chair from elsewhere...
