Above and Beyond service
Was in need of a new couch for a while when we came across Love Sac in Birkdale commons in Huntersville NC. Decided to go ahead and place an order right then and their. Was leaving for Vacation around the delivery date and asked that it be put on hold a few extra days. Next thing we know I am getting delivery notification on a golf course in Nassau and no clue what to do. I called the same store and spoke with Kent, the store manager. He was going to just pick it up and keep it until we got back but I could just open our garage door. The next thing I know I am getting a text from Kent, the store manager saying he was there. 5 minutes after opening my garage, Kent had neatly placed everything in and was staying to verify the garage door shuts.
This company just earner my business and now have other family members looking to buy there as well. We know it is a great product but the customer care just put it over the top.
Thank you to Love Sac and especially to Kent , Birkdale Commons store manger for going above and beyond to help a client.
FYI, The second I landed I ran over to put a big thank you in his hand.

It’s a bit of a struggle to get the covers on, but once you figure out best way for you it’s not so bad. This is the best couch I’ve ever had. I hope it lasts forever. It’s comfortable. I love that I can wash the covers and they dry pretty quickly. My dog also loves this couch.
