Disappointment
The product itself is great but the process to get it was ridiculous….it took SO long and every time I called customer service I was lied to and told “it is shipping soon” even though it was delayed and they had no idea when it was actually shipping. Christmas was ruined at our house because of poor communication to the customer and poor customer service.
