Deep Storage Seat Cover Set: Tonal Sterling Luxe Chenille

Things have definitely change. I ordered the main couch sections a few years ago. It used to not matter if you ordered the deep or shallow section. The back pillow was the same size regardless. Only the vertical side/back size was different. Now if you order the deep section, you get a much smaller and cheaper feeling back pillow. No where as quality feeling as in the past. I have read reviews complaining about the same sort of quality cutting when it comes to the cup holders as well. I tried calling to ask about this design change as it limits the couches intended modular capability. I tried multiple times over the course of two weeks. There is no way to get anyone on the phone from what I found. I'm just glad I bought the couch before the quality drop.
