Awful and lopsided
We ordered another pillowsac because we loved our first one we got years ago so much. This one is awful. You can hear crunchy plastic pieces in there and also NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, IT'S LOPSIDED. I wish I could exchange it for a different one, but from what I understand the exchange policy and return policy suck.
