Shipping Times
  • Orders typically deliver in approximately 1-4 weeks (some restrictions may apply).

Sactionals Shipping
  • Sactionals Seats, Sides, and Covers are shipped in separate boxes, designed to maximize shipping efficiency.
  • Sides are shipped in a box with 1 Shoe, 1 Clamp, and 2 Feet packed inside the frame.
  • Seats ship with 1 Shoe, 1 Clamp, and 4 Feet, with the Seat Cushions and Back Pillows inside the Seat Frame.
  • Wedge Seats ship with 2 L-shaped Shoes, 1 Clamp, and 4 Feet, with the Back Pillow inside the Seat Frame and the Seat Cushion outside the frame.
  • Items will not always arrive on the same day.
  • Customers should anticipate at least one box per Seat or Side purchased. Reclining Seats ship in two boxes, weighing between 100-105 pounds and require two people to lift.

Snugg Shipping
  • Snugg products are shipped in 4-6 total Boxes, designed to maximize shipping efficiency.
  • Cover sets ship with the Beam Cover, Back Cover, Cushion & Back Pillow Covers, and Arm Covers.
  • Seat Frame Insert set ship with 1 Back Insert, 1 Beam Insert, 1 Suspension Lid, 1 Storage Sling, 1 Slow-Close Mechanism, 4 Feet, 4 Steel Pins, 16 Felt Pads, 4 Foot Pegs (Pre-Installed), and 4 Thumb Screws.
  • Arm Inserts ship together.
  • Cushion Inserts may ship in 1-3 boxes depending on size of Snugg product.

Sacs Shipping
  • Sac inserts will be shipped in a sturdy nylon duffel, shrunken to approximately 1/8th of their full volume.
  • While reusable, these duffels are for shipping purposes and may get dirty in transit.
  • Sac Covers are shipped separately.

Restrictions
  • At this time, we do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous States, so we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and all other countries or territories.
  • Due to the restrictions of our shipping partners, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes / APO or FPO addresses.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Over Threshold ($0.00)
Products: Snugg Sofas and Snugg Loveseat

  • Ships free via FedEx Direct Standard Services.
  • FedEx will send you a text message or email to schedule your 2-4 hour delivery window.
  • Driver places packages over the threshold; no in-home placement.
  • You are responsible for moving boxes to the room, unpacking, assembling, applying Covers, and packaging removal.

Room of Choice Home Delivery ($199.00)

Room of Choice Home Delivery is offered for $199. This service can be added in your cart during checkout.

  • Scheduled in-home placement to a specific room to the main, second, or basement level of your home.
  • In buildings with an elevator, orders can be delivered to any floor.
  • Unpacking and assembly not included.
  • Sac Inserts or Covers, PillowSac Chair Frame and PillowSac Chair Frame Jr., Accessories, and Custom Covers are excluded.
  • The Room of Choice Delivery fee is non-refundable and is excluded from discounts and promotions.

How It Works
​​​​
Room of Choice Home Delivery is carried out by FedEx Freight Premium or one of Lovesac’s other trusted carrier partners.
​​​​
  • Once your items are ready to ship, you’ll receive an email or text message from the carrier to help you schedule the delivery date and time within a 2-4 hour window (You must be onsite for the delivery).
  • Driver will bring deliver to your selected room of choice and remove any pallets or shrink wrap to your order.
  • You are responsible for moving boxes within the room, opening boxes, assembly, applying Covers, and packaging removal.
  • There may be rare cases where some Quick Ship Covers must be delivered via FedEx Ground and will be shipped separately.
  • All Custom Covers will be shipped separately.
