Radiant Footsacs

Radiant Footsacs are a heated version of our regular Footsacs!

They measure 50" x 70" with an 18" pocket at the bottom for your feet. They come with a 9' cord that is removable for cleaning, and those instructions are listed below!

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Wash by hand or as follows in automatic washer using slow agitation and low spin speed.
Fill washer with warm water.
Add minimum amount of all-purpose detergent, agitate to dissolve, measure heated product before washing to ensure the product fits within space and capacity of the washer.
Add heated product and soak five minutes, rinse, agitate one minute
then spin.
Fill for cool rinse, agitate two minutes, then spin.
Remove the damp heated product from dryer spread to the original size, and drape to finish drying.
Do not dry clean. Never use bleach. For hand washing, wash the heated product by hand in cold water using a small amount of mild laundry soap or detergent. NEVER rub or scrub.
For line drying, dry your heated product by simply draping it over two parallel clotheslines or a shower rod.
Do not iron your heated product.

The Radiant Footsac controls are programmed to notify you in the event that a problem has been encountered by indicating "E" or "F" on the display. Please proceed to follow the below steps to reset the blanket.

RESET INSTRUCTIONS:

Turn off the controller power and unplug the controller power cord from the wall outlet.
Check the Radiant Footsac for visual damage.
Be certain the controller is well connected to the module and securely fastened in the locked position.
Plug the power cord back into the 120V AC wall outlet.
Set the controller to "ON".
If the control still indicates "E" or "F" on the display after trying 2 or 3 attempts to reset, disconnect the power cord and contact Lovesac Customer Love at Support@lovesac.com

If your Radiant Footsac is not heating properly, please try these directions:

Fold the blanket with at least 4 folds.
Connect the controller to your Radiant Footsac Blanket.
Plug the controller into a working wall outlet.
Set the controller to the highest heat setting and wait for 5 minutes.
Put your hand inside the folds. If you feel the warmth, it's working properly.
Turn the controller off and lay your Radiant Footsac Blanket out flat.
Resume normal operation after 20 minutes.

CAUTION:

DO NOT continue the test for more than 7 minutes.
DO NOT attempt to make any internal adjustment to the Radiant Footsac or its controller.
If you have tried the above solutions and still feel your Radiant Footsac isn't working properly, stop using it immediately, disconnect the power cord, and contact Lovesac Customer Love at support@lovesac.com.
NOTE: The Radiant Footsac is not a heating pad. It will not feel hot to the touch when laid out flat in a normal manner.
