I love the sectional design, custom configurations, sturdy construction, optional accessories, removable washable covers, optional cushion firmness and optional colors.

We purchased a sactional with storage ottoman and electric recliner a few months ago. It's been everything we've wanted and more--super comfortable and stylish. (We went with the firm/standard fill and really love it.) Our cover is the desert blush ultra velvet. It's a beautiful dusty rose color. It's perfect for our space; it's also very easy to clean. It's all definitely an investment, but we see us having this couch forever. Destiny and Liz at the downtown Washington, DC, location were awesome to work with as well--they made the process super easy!

The fabric I chose for my couch is super pet friendly! I have two dogs and they are husky mixes since their hair is all over the couch. I use a chom chom roller and vacuum on the couch and it easily comes clean.

We invested in our Lovesac sectional almost two years ago during one of their big sales, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! The biggest challenge by far was putting the covers on the cushions... 😂 We have a love/hate relationship with that part of the process! It definitely tested our patience as a family, but once we finished, it felt like such an accomplishment. For the price we paid, we honestly wished assembly had been included. Thankfully, once the covers were on, putting the sectional together was much easier. With the layout map and instructions provided by the sales team at the Summerlin store in Las Vegas, we were able to configure everything without too much trouble. Fast forward to our recent move we finally have enough space to expand our sectional! We wanted to turn our ottoman into an additional seat, but somewhere during the move we completely lost track of how everything went together. After several failed attempts, I called the same Summerlin store, and Pablo and Thalia were absolute lifesavers! They quickly pulled up my previous configuration, offered to review pictures of my setup, helped me identify the mistakes I was making, and walked me through everything step by step. They made the entire process incredibly easy and helped me order the additional back piece I needed. To top it all off, I was lucky enough to catch another sale! I received 40% off the new piece and 50% off the cover as a returning customer. The customer service from the Summerlin team is truly outstanding. Pablo and Thalia went above and beyond, and that's exactly why we'll continue to be loyal Lovesac customers. We absolutely love our sectional and couldn't recommend Lovesac enough! IT IS AN INVESTMENT! but well worth it!

The whole couch is super comfortable sturdy and looks amazing

I love how easy it is to customize a couch to my liking and how easy it is to install covers. Everything is made for a perfect fit, every time. The craftsmanship is magnificent.

I love my storage couch. We put blankets in the storage and things we don’t use often. It is very comfortable. My back loves it more than by living room couch. It was easy to put together. Definitely would buy again. I also have the bean bag love sac for 3 and I love it by the fire place.

I love this wedge seat! You can design a cuddle corner or I use it when I want a straight couch, as a chaise end. I like that it allows you to prop your feet in that case without taking up as much visual space. Very adaptable!

Got the protection just in case of spills or accidents with out cat, but so far it’s been great and you can’t even tell

Was in need of a new couch for a while when we came across Love Sac in Birkdale commons in Huntersville NC. Decided to go ahead and place an order right then and their. Was leaving for Vacation around the delivery date and asked that it be put on hold a few extra days. Next thing we know I am getting delivery notification on a golf course in Nassau and no clue what to do. I called the same store and spoke with Kent, the store manager. He was going to just pick it up and keep it until we got back but I could just open our garage door. The next thing I know I am getting a text from Kent, the store manager saying he was there. 5 minutes after opening my garage, Kent had neatly placed everything in and was staying to verify the garage door shuts. This company just earner my business and now have other family members looking to buy there as well. We know it is a great product but the customer care just put it over the top. Thank you to Love Sac and especially to Kent , Birkdale Commons store manger for going above and beyond to help a client. FYI, The second I landed I ran over to put a big thank you in his hand.
