Lovesac products are built to last, and each product has its own warranty terms based on its features. For Sactionals, Seat Frames and Sides are backed by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, up to 100 years from the order date. Warranty coverage applies to eligible products purchased directly from Lovesac and used in an indoor, residential setting. Coverage applies to manufacturer defects and does not include normal wear, misuse, commercial use, clearance products, or floor models sold as-is. To submit a claim, customers may need the original order information, photos of the issue, batch numbers if applicable, and any details requested through the warranty claim form.

Lovesac offers free shipping on Sactionals orders within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, Lovesac does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, other countries or territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Sactionals typically arrive in separate boxes for Seats, Sides, and Covers, and items may not arrive on the same day. Standard orders typically deliver in approximately 1–4 weeks, while Custom Covers typically take 4–10 weeks. Room of Choice Home Delivery may also be available for Sactionals, placing eligible orders in the room you choose, with unpacking and assembly not included.
