Supersac Insert

I have enjoyed the love sac, it is super comfy and it has worked well for me as I move around often and cant really be moving large pieces of furniture from apartment to apartment. However when it came time to move and use the 'shrink my Lovesac' product, it was a nightmare . It took four of us 3.5 hours, 8 ratchet straps, a vacuum cleaner and a shop vac to finally get it into the bag. There has got to be a better process than putting a plastic bag over the love sac bunching up the large opening and then having to move the vacuum around it around because there is only one zipper. Suggestions, make two zippers come together in the middle and have a vac port in a plastic sealable bag that can be placed at the opening so that as it condenses the zippers can be closed. Just a thought.

Our entire experience with Lovesac was exceptional. The showroom team greeted us warmly and spent lots of time introducing us to the products, helping us with our choices. This is not a review of my product but of the customer support that is received in the stores. I have also called another store for information and they were so helpful. Store personnel are ready to go above and beyond to help you. Keyur was amazing. The amount of time he spent explaining what possible went wrong and how to get the best outcome was above and beyond what I expected. I recently ordered a Pillowsac Jr online and never got my cover. I was really confused with how online support was handling it AND they were telling me there was no way I could get. Not knowing where else to turn I went into the Menlo Park store. Even though he couldn’t change my order I left the store with many options on how to get the cover I wanted without spending any extra money. Lesson learned, go to the store and don’t order online.

We are OBSESSED with our Lovesac Supersac! It’s insanely comfortable, huge, and has become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. The quality is amazing and it makes our living room feel so cozy. Guests always comment on it too. Worth every penny and would absolutely buy again!

We absolutely LOVE it!!! Everyone who visits immediately goes to the sac and falls in love. Unfortunately I never get to use it because one of my kids is always on it. It good 2-3 teenagers perfectly and they thinks it’s the coolest thing ever.

This sac is the most comfortable, soft, wonderful thing. I got it less than a week ago and have already spent most of my time while at home in it. Reading, working, lounging, people watching from my window. I cannot recommend it enough. Even the smallest size with my legs hanging off is one of the most comfortable positions I've ever lied down short of my literal bed. Also, even though it took a while to ship, the customer service was FANTASTIC—every rep I interacted with was so incredibly kind, and they personally reached out to me to give regular updates and apologize for the delay. Buy it and read in it; you won't regret it.

We purchased a pillow sac to accommodate our kids visiting for Christmas and a shrink kit for “easy” storage. Shrink kit is a just large plastic bag and a canvas duffle. I expected the shrink kit to be designed much better, possibly include a vacuum valve on the bag but no such luck! It took my husband and myself an hour to get the pillow sac shrunk down and crammed into the canvas duffle. An actual vacuum seal bag would have been perfect.
