We love the wireless charging in the couch arm. The convenience is wonderful. It might take a minute to find the charger; we had to strategically placed a cupholder behind the charger to ascertain where to place your phone. Maybe LoveSac can create a placement indicator.

Works but you have to play with the phone and push it down in the exact spot. When you get it right it charges fast

Magnetic Charger isn’t super responsive, which is disappointing because that’s the main feature we wanted.

It’s very difficult to line your phone up perfectly to charge your phone on it. The couch fabric also seems to get in the way. It’s very slow at charging and if it accidentally moves- it’s stops and you don’t realize it….

Charger is okay at best. It is difficult to align at times and having 2 different size phones in the household makes it difficult to make it an easy task. We tried using the cup holders to create a point of reference, but with the different size phones the point of reference is not the same.

I got 2 sides with the chargers but they never charge my phone.

Make sure you fully understand what you are purchasing. The unit in the store has three charges along the entire length of the arm. However when I go it delivered there was only one spot to charge. When I called and spoke to the store, the extra two spots are up charges and with two arms (one on each end) I cost over $500 to add the additional charging spots. . No mention of any of this prior to the sale. Only a demo in the store that had all three charging spots....

Well... I have to start with that it doesn't work for me. I have a Pixel 9 Pro, and I can't wirelessly charge. It recognizes the charging pad is there but gives up. I know my phone can wirelessly charge because it works fine on my Google Pixel Stand (2nd generation). Phone case on/off, fabric cover on/off, doesn't matter. I can't get it to charge my phone. I have verified some older phones family members have do wirelessly charge on it, so either my phone is somehow not compatible with it, or maybe it doesn't produce enough power to charge my phone. I understand it's necessary for putting the equipment inside, but it is a lot less comfy to lean your arm on than a regular side. I put my arm on the side frequently in my setup, so I wish the padding could be better. It's frustrating to me that the little box you plug the cord into doesn't have a place to sit inside. It moves around and falls out. This isn't necessary a problem since it's under the couch, but sometimes my cats knock their toys or other things under there too and that can push around the extra cabling and the box and push it out to be exposed. If I had a better way of tucking it inside and sealing it in there that'd be great. I wish the cable was a flat cable instead of a rounded one. I've run the cable under my rug because in my setup you can/need to walk around the couch from any side, so the cable has to be exposed somewhere to reach an outlet. However the cable is thick enough that while you can't see it, you definitely feel it when stepping on the rug. If the charging worked for me I probably would've given this a 4/5. But since I can't, it's just an expensive and less comfortable side to me.

I’ve always had a hard time charging my phone so never really used it now I’m really trying to use it it doesn’t work at all
