Love Lovesac But Read Closely
A Premium Product with a Misleading Omission
LoveSac makes fantastic furniture, and I'm a loyal customer. So, when I saw the StealthTech system with integrated charging, I was thrilled. No more messy wires! I opted for the Angled Unit for my Sactionals setup, expecting a seamless charging experience.
While the idea quality is impressive and the hidden technology is cool, I was immediately disappointed by the charging situation. The product photos and descriptions give the impression of multiple charging points, but it only comes with one! This wasn't clear at all during the ordering process.
To add insult to injury, the single charging unit I received didn't even work. LoveSac has great customer service, so I'm sure they'll resolve the issue. But frankly, it feels deceptive to advertise this as a premium charging solution when it only includes one, potentially faulty, unit.
For the price, I expected a complete charging setup. LoveSac needs to be upfront about this limitation. They should clearly state that only one charger is included and offer the option to purchase more during checkout.
