Sactionals Seat Insert Set: Standard

I was searching for the perfect couch and finally found it. Shape, quality, material, color (Coastal white brushed weave). This is a top notch high quality piece of furniture.

I bought my sactionals a year ago it is still like new , it has not shown any sings of ware, i just ordered new covers to change my colors , And i am so happy with the new covers they are so well made and hold up under 3 dogs and a cat just take a damp cloth ad wipe them down, and if you want you can just thow them in the washer, they come out perfect. Their customer service is above just listening then go on their way they help you fix any problem and do it with a smile . Super impressed with everything about the company.

It was A LOT to unpack and build, but worth the effort. So roomy and comfortable, you can tell it will last a long time. We got deep seating with Love Soft and Stealth Tech. Makes movies and sports even better. Harmon Kardon is a great product. I have hearing problems and don’t need closed caption now because the speaker is right next to me! Take the trip to a showroom and try all the options. We will be adding on when we move next year.

Was in need of a new couch for a while when we came across Love Sac in Birkdale commons in Huntersville NC. Decided to go ahead and place an order right then and their. Was leaving for Vacation around the delivery date and asked that it be put on hold a few extra days. Next thing we know I am getting delivery notification on a golf course in Nassau and no clue what to do. I called the same store and spoke with Kent, the store manager. He was going to just pick it up and keep it until we got back but I could just open our garage door. The next thing I know I am getting a text from Kent, the store manager saying he was there. 5 minutes after opening my garage, Kent had neatly placed everything in and was staying to verify the garage door shuts. This company just earner my business and now have other family members looking to buy there as well. We know it is a great product but the customer care just put it over the top. Thank you to Love Sac and especially to Kent , Birkdale Commons store manger for going above and beyond to help a client. FYI, The second I landed I ran over to put a big thank you in his hand. We are in love with our new LoveSac. We got the chargers, speakers and 1 recliner in Rose Quartz Etched Chenille. It was tough putting it all together, not sure I could have done it without my husband but totally worth it. It was scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and arrived in 5 weeks.

So much more comfortable and sturdy than the last couch we had. Love how it was shipped. A bit tiring putting together, but I did it late at night after a full day but also so much easier than any others I have put together. Packaging for delivery made it super easy to get to my small staircase. My cats love it too!

But I have had my Love Sac for several months now and have been meaning to write a review. First of all it is the most sturdiest furniture I have ever had and the quality is incredible and it’s true. It will be the last furniture you buy no doubt, especially that you could change the covers at any time. It’s amazing. The company is one of the best companies I have ever purchased anything from. They never say no and they always handle whatever you ask them we went to Danbury, Connecticut and the staff there is incredible. They’re there for you all the time they never ever say, they can’t help you and they always do it with a pleasant voice and smile. I would highly recommend this furniture to anyone don’t hesitate. It’s really not hard to put together. We are in our mid 70s and did it ourselves. yes you need a little strength to put the covers on properly but other than that we just love it. I just felt that I had to write this review so people would see this and really understand that it’s a fabulous product.
