Sactionals Seat Cushion Insert: Lovesoft

The Lovesoft inserts make it even more comfortable to sit on.

Personally, I much prefer the lovesoft cushion to the standard. I'm not sure yet how it will hold up over time, but if my experience with the standard cushion is any indication, then it should hold up very well.

We received, assembled and are now using our new sactional with Lovesoft cushions and we absolutely love them!! The seats are soft yet supportive, very, very comfy!! We feel that the back cushions are perfectly filled, sturdy but pliable enough to make them just right for however you are comfortable sitting. We're totally pleased with our purchase and, at this point, wouldn't change a thing!

I'm not sure what everyone's complaint is, but I LOVE the LoveSoft filling. My daughter is allergic to down so this was a fabulous alternative! I splurged on this for a "plant throne" for my sunroom and I.plan to spend my morning tea and reading. time surrounded by plants. I didn't expect to notice the difference between this and the standard filling, but I definitely do. So much so. that I will replace the cushions on my M lounger and the movie lounger. I love this filling.

We have the Lovesoft which is excellent. I agree with the review about the process to change cushions during the “trial period” or thereafter. Have to send in before others will ship out?? Cross-shipping should be an option with a credit card to charge if not returned and as a security deposit. The process to order or receive replacement pieces or cushions also seems to be extraordinarily long and feel his process should be significantly shortened and aligned with “quick ship”. These small improvements would help make Lovesac an even better company that demonstrates its commitment to superior customer service. Would also like to see both on the website and in the showroom a cutaway of the cushions showing the differences and benefits. Having more options for bottom cushion edge firmness would also be nice. Would help avoid “falling in the crack”.

It is not as comfortable as I had hoped it would be.

My cushions are the lovesoft. I thought with going the more expensive route that the cushions would be durable and comfortable for a long time. My cushions need replaced and unfortunately I got in touch with the company just 1 month too late. Now I am sitting on cushions that have broken down and are very uncomfortable. I really don't want to spend $185 per cushion to replace all my cushions after spending $6,000+ dollars on a couch. Just disappointed that this couch didn't last as long as I hoped it would.

Since my girlfriend moved in with me, she’s helped me to realize that the standard fill isn’t as comfortable as I wanted to believe it was at first. We get uncomfortable sitting on it for long stretches. We love the look of it, and the washability of it is wonderful, but I must admit, I have a bit of buyers remorse for the standard fill cushions.

I love that my sectional is modular so that I can change the configuration & fabric, add additional seating, and wash the fabric. I am very dissatisfied with the durability of the lovesoft seat cushions considering how expensive they were. There are only 2 people in my home and we don’t entertain often. However, after less than 2 years, the seat cushions feel too soft and look saggy. I took the insert cover off to wash and there is a thin white batting material wrapped around the sides that comes off easily & looks lumpy when I replace the cushions into the insert cover and shows through the sofa covers. It looked so bad that I pulled it off to make my sofa look smoother. As I was shopping for new inserts listed on sale for the low low price of $185.50 each, I did see that there is a 3-year warranty so I will be calling.
