Sactionals Seat Cushion Insert: Down

The best thing about Lovesac is they stand behind their products. I had a problem with my cushion after 3 months and they replaced it. I’m happy with the flexibility of the product and how it looks in the room. Never goes out of style.

The problem is the down migrates and bunches up causing the covers to slide and look awful.

When I sat on them in the store, they felt so soft and amazing. There were no loose feathers anywhere. I was sold on them. I have now had them for 5.5 years and they are STILL shedding feathers. At first it was terrible. Constantly getting stabbed in the back and rear with feathers. Feathers all over. Pulling feathers out and vacuuming them up. I figured in time it would stop and it has slowed down but it hasn't stopped. In fact, after a few years they started to look deflated they lost so many feathers and now they just look awful. They are misshapen. The covers move the down around and it gets lumpy. I appreciate that I can remove the covers and wash them but every time I wash them and have to put them back on, they look worse and worse. These couches are not cheap and the down is an "upgrade". I expected that I would get at least 5 GOOD years out of this couch before it started to look worn and honestly, the covers, the frame, everything looks great except these terrible inserts.

Looks fine started out pretty firm then essentially collapsed to half the size. I seriously regret this purchase. Lovesac will never get another penny from me. Total waste of money. The build quality is fine but it is extremely uncomfortable.

Very comfortable, but the down feathers will be everywhere after 6 mos to a year.
