Great customer care
I have had my sactional for 5 years now and even with 3 dogs it is holding up well. I opted to put mine in an L- shape but was always struggling with the back pillows being to long on one end. I ordered a deep back pillow and cover and when it arrived it was a regular pillow and cover so I contacted the company and an exchange was made. The company was responsive to my needs and arranged everything regarding the return. I no longer struggle with keeping that pillow on the end on my sofa. IT FITS! Thank- you Lovesac.

Not as Full and Comfortable as Regular Size - Floppy Dissapointment
Our deep back pillows are not as full and comfortable as our Regular ones. They’re not as full in depth/width than the standard. It’s been a few weeks and they’re still not fluffing out like our regular ones did. They’re floppy and you can’t sit back on them without feeling the back sides of the couch. They look better length wise when we position seats for deep back but they’re not comfortable and not as full.
