Sactionals Deep Angled Side Insert: Standard

We invested in our Lovesac sectional almost two years ago during one of their big sales, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! The biggest challenge by far was putting the covers on the cushions... 😂 We have a love/hate relationship with that part of the process! It definitely tested our patience as a family, but once we finished, it felt like such an accomplishment. For the price we paid, we honestly wished assembly had been included. Thankfully, once the covers were on, putting the sectional together was much easier. With the layout map and instructions provided by the sales team at the Summerlin store in Las Vegas, we were able to configure everything without too much trouble. Fast forward to our recent move we finally have enough space to expand our sectional! We wanted to turn our ottoman into an additional seat, but somewhere during the move we completely lost track of how everything went together. After several failed attempts, I called the same Summerlin store, and Pablo and Thalia were absolute lifesavers! They quickly pulled up my previous configuration, offered to review pictures of my setup, helped me identify the mistakes I was making, and walked me through everything step by step. They made the entire process incredibly easy and helped me order the additional back piece I needed. To top it all off, I was lucky enough to catch another sale! I received 40% off the new piece and 50% off the cover as a returning customer. The customer service from the Summerlin team is truly outstanding. Pablo and Thalia went above and beyond, and that's exactly why we'll continue to be loyal Lovesac customers. We absolutely love our sectional and couldn't recommend Lovesac enough! IT IS AN INVESTMENT! but well worth it!

Excellent addition to the customizable couch. Great for when you want a little bit of lean back, or turning your couch into a bed for visitors, really love our angled backs.

I ordered an extra back piece so I can reconfigure my five piece Sactional. This is the second Sactional I’ve purchased in my life (I had one in Hawaii and couldn’t take it with me when I moved). I absolutely adore them for their functionality and reconfigurability. They are truly the best couch. I recommend standard cushion density! It will settle in to being the perfect level of soft + support. Also deep configuration is a must!

Expect unpredictable delivery logistics, a lot of bulky boxes and a big project to get it setup. Might be nice someday when I have time - I definitely regret buying this.

I paid over $5000 for a sectional about 2 years ago. We moved and needed to reconfigure by just one seat. They provide no discount or pricing to existing owners and the cost was going to be $1500 for just one seat. So I settled for changing on of the backs and reworking the configuration. it still cost me $500- for just the back. Now my couch looks funny because the cushions don't line up. I suggest honoring existing owners and giving them more favorable pricing to adjust or add to their couch.
