Replace pillow
The old pillow was so out of shape from a dog lying on it and she was a Big dog. She is gone now so I replaced the pillow and am glad we can buy just one. But I still want to give you some advice. You might sell more if you offered a team to put it together if I knew how hard it was to put together I never would have bought one. And I never recommend unless the person has help to put it together ❤️

Buy the standard cushions. Lesson learned!
Much better than the Love Soft. Bought these to replace our original cushions that deteriorated quickly after purchase. Was dealing with a death and returning the cushions was not priority so warranty ran out.

Replacing my feather down with standard
We got the feather down pillows when purchased five years ago, and they do not hold a shape and I have to Constantly fluff them to make the room look neat. So I have started to replace the pillows where we sit the most.

They work. They have already started to breakdown though. I will have to think about an alternative for filling the pillow soon. Not the same quality as the prior pillow insert when I previously bought the same product. Sad but true.

The Back Cushions are garbage
I LOVE my Sactional… except the back cushions. We have the Standard inserts and since day 1 they are just flat and terrible. They feel like old pillows. Why hasn’t LoveSac come out with traditional bolstered dense foam instead of what ever crap they currently use to fill them. This would give the couch a cleaner appearance as the cushions would not sag and they would offer better support. I hate looking at my couch because the current back cushions look sloppy. This is probably fine for someone who hangs live laugh love signs in their home, but I prefer clean nice lines. The back cushions have been the biggest buyers remorse for this couch.
