I never received the chair. 60+ days after purchase, I had to file a dispute with my bank. I also had to cancel my order, the agreed to refund the chair amount. I also got an additional discount off my pillow since it isn’t being used as intended. Super frustrating, it’s been almost of month of asking for tracking without getting anything.
