Could be better for the price
When I first got the couch it was stiff but has since softened up. I paid extra for the down filling and the feathers constantly poke you and you need to keep pulling feathers out. It’s annoying for the price I paid for this to be constantly poked.
I enjoy how it can reconfigure into different shapes, though.
