Ordered citysac on 12/10/25 and still waiting
I ordered the citysac and insert on Dec. 10th. I jist received the citysac first week of Feb. 2026 and still have not received the insert. I have friends who own lovesacs and have received their order withing werks. I'm very disappointed in the long wait for an insert.
