Solid and yet soft. One of the most comfortable footrests I've ever experienced.

Great cover!!! I love it!! It is soft and silky. I love the material! It is not too dry or scratchy. It is very nice and the color is wonderful!!! I only wish I could say the same about the insert. But the cover is heavenly to sit on. I could lay in it all day! I love that it is washable too.

The Cover is light weight. It is easy to to set up and cover the insert.

The frame is a quality product and is easy to assemble. The packing was simple but ensured the frame was not damaged in shipping.

This is not a review of my product but of the customer support that is received in the stores. I have also called another store for information and they were so helpful. Store personnel are ready to go above and beyond to help you. Keyur was amazing. The amount of time he spent explaining what possible went wrong and how to get the best outcome was above and beyond what I expected. I recently ordered a Pillowsac Jr online and never got my cover. I was really confused with how online support was handling it AND they were telling me there was no way I could get. Not knowing where else to turn I went into the Menlo Park store. Even though he couldn’t change my order I left the store with many options on how to get the cover I wanted without spending any extra money. Lesson learned, go to the store and don’t order online.
