Side Cover: Chocolate Padded Velvet

I’ve had a lovesac for 9 years and the cover has held up great to kids, dogs, and cats, so I was so happy that I could order the same covers for my new sactional couch! They match very well!

I like the idea of the lovesac, but it is pretty difficult to put together - especially putting on the covers. That’s not a huge deal, since taking everything apart or changing covers is not something you’d do often. The couch seems pretty sturdy and the Velvet style covers we got haven’t shown any signs of wear in the first few months of use. I do feel the couch is a bit overpriced, even with the discounts they offer. I like the firmness of the cushions, but I wish the backs weren’t so upright (I know the modular design makes that hard). Also, we set our couch up in the deep format (3 across) and we’re told by a rep to get 1 deep back cushion and 2 regular, but you still need to stuff them together a bit to make them fit and then when you lean back on them, the middle tends to pop out; I might even try putting my own Velcro on the back to keep them in place. Also, we took care to line up the seams at first, but over time they have not stayed lined up and neat. So, overall we’re fine with this couch, I’m sure it will come in handy if/when we move, but not sure we’d buy another or even upgrade the covers on ours.
