Seat Cover Set: Venetian Taupe Corded Velvet

I love the fabric! It just looks nice! Hides pet hair!

We love the flexibility to change covers, if desired. We love the Venetian Taupe color, due to it is such a versatile color. Being washable is a game changer.

The deep seat insert in ‘lovesoft’ is very plush and extremely comfortable! I enjoyed that I have the flexibility to lounge on the couch, curl up in a ball or sprawl out with the ottoman too and feel fully engulfed in a soft, plush couch that allows me to rest my bones and unwind from a long day of standing on my feet. I opted to get a firm “standard” support backing to pair with my “lovesoft” seating. In my personal opinion so far, I would sink in a little too much with full lovesoft cushioning throughout the entire couch (seat and backing). The customer support that I received from the exemplary Lovesac team members like has been truly exceptional. Anthony especially has exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Anthony was fully transparent in the communication process from start to finish, attentive and thorough. Anthony created a very enjoyable customer service experience with all of the attention to detail, explanations of the configurations for the couch and understanding my various questions and concerns along with changing some of the items throughout my purchase. This store has truly created a welcoming environment with great associates. Anthony has been a perfect example of what a great customer service experience is! Highly recommend considering placing Anthony into a high level management position, communication has been a huge help. When I called to get further assistance if Anthony was unavailable Coco too stepped up to help me, great job and amazing team! Love the feel of the corded velvet. The color goes well with our dark flooring so well.

I have had graphite corded velvet for over 6 years. I ordered venetian taupe corded velvet for a color change. The fabric on the Venetian Taupe corded velvet far lower quality - very thin.

For the price, the sactional is not great. It was very complicated to assemble. I had to exchange below sizes because my configuration called for it. You really need to know the difference between deep and standard. We have had the sactional since December and it is uncomfortable to sit or lounge on for a long period of time. We purchased the standard cushions. Maybe we should have purchased the Lovesoft version.

I went in person to a love Sac store. The sales person showed me how four units could be made into a couch with 2 foot stools or into a bed for two people to sleep on. I assumed it was a queen size bed or at least a double size bed. So I bought the four sections and when I got it home and spent a lot of time installing it I found out that no matter which way you turn the rectangular pieces it does not make into even the length of a double bed let alone a queen size bed only short people can sleep in it. Also a problem is if you put it in the way that makes the bed the longest the couch cushions don’t fit that way you can only go one way to be a couch and that’s not the best way to be a bed and it’s very Time consuming and energy intensive to switch them around to the different configurations. All in all, it was not as advertised so I called the helpline and was told that I was correct it wasn’t what I wanted and I could send it back for free. However that would mean putting these Huge cushions back into a very small box and somehow mailing them at my expense. All in all, I was very upset and I feel that this furniture is not as advertised and the return policy isn’t either
