Love sacs have quality materials. Easy to care for and very comfortable.

When a mobile charging cord sparked a small fire, it only burned the cover. The cushion was perfectly awesome and in the same condition. The only negative is I had to buy the whole cover set not just the cushion cover. I would buy a sactional over and over again. It not only saved my house but is the couch that has stood the test of time and my children!

We love our lovesac. It’s awesome that we can change it so easily, making new shapes and changing the room whenever we want. We started out small, and have added pieces to be able to make what we need. My only complaint: the original covers had design details that the new covers don’t have (decorative stitching), and I forgot to mention that when adding new pieces.

It is ok. it is too low for a couch back and needs to be lighter

Love the fabric, it's soft and buttery everything I wanted however the deep seat covers took 6+weeks to arrive which was not revealed to me at purchase. The couch was to arrive in a week but the covers not for 6-8weeks and I was expected to have a couch with missing covers for that long. I had requested them to hold the delivery until all parts were available and was happy with that - who wants and incomplete couch. All was good until they started charging me for a couch I didn't have yet and then I got an email they could no longer hold it and shipped the couch and I had to wait another 2 weeks for the covers. I was frustrated and customer service kept telling me to be excited my couch was coming. Um no. It was just after Christmas I had no place to store boxes and there were boxes! I think just under 30 (I bought 2 couches). Whatever. It came we put it together it's nice . I didn't appreciate the customer service people being no help and just trying to spin the situation into a positive especially since no one told me when I bought the couch the covers would be on back order. Just send the whole thing when the whole order is ready like I asked. The end. That's the solution I wanted that you refused to give me but whatever. Oh and there was so much trash my waste management company refuses to pick it up all in one shot and I have to put it out in small batches in the recycling 😂 I still have boxes broken down on my patio under 10 inches of snow now . Like I knew there would be trash to be recycled but it's a lot .

We bought a large sactional with a sand colored ultra suede back in 2011. The best ever as our cats couldn’t destroy it and getting stains out was a breeze. The chenille is nowhere near that quality. The stir recommended it for people with felines. What a great disappointment. Please bring back the ultra suede. If so, we buy a whole set of backup sets.

Size 5% smaller, extreme hard to put it on the base even follow the YouTube instructions.

The fabric did not fit on the sides. Returned everything!! Extremely disappointing.
