Seat Cover Set: Sapphire Navy Corded Velvet

I adore the brilliant engeneering of this furniture! The cushions are firm yet super comfortable. My Great Pyrenees loves it too. The fabric is standing up to his antics and the fact that I can throw the covers into the laundry has taken the phrase, "Get off the couch!" out of rotation!

Soft, comfortable, was very easy assembly! The quality far exceeded our expectation. This is out 3 purchase and won’t be our last.

I had the couch for 4 months, I like the fabric. The only issue is that this fabric had some loose threading on a few covers, seat, pillows and base. I haven't washed all of the covers yet, only a couple. The issue was noticed prior to washing.

I returned the covers. The velvet had an uneven look to it. With normal velvet, you can run your hand across the material to get a consistent color throughout the fabric. This material didn't allow for that, so it looks worn in areas.

Couch collects animal hair like a magnet. It needed to be vacuumed at the minimum of every other day. They were also difficult to install, so replacing them is impractical. The seams are difficult to align, while fitting the cover on to the cushion because the fit of the cover is so tight. This is great for making sure the covers do not move once installed, but makes them difficult to install. The price to replace the cushions once past their useful lives is also astronomical.

Quality, particularly of cushion & seat inserts, leave much to be desired. Overall, sactionals do NOT live up to the hype. Fabrics pill, without being washed, stain easy & are generally difficult to clean. By far though, the worst component is “customer service.” Be prepared to wait weeks or months, without a place to sit, if you need to return or exchange items. You have to send everything back, wait for it to be received & then another 14 days before you get your money back so you can re-order what you need, then wait for delivery, then find a few hours to put everything together. Definitely disappointed I fell for the hype. Expensive mistake.
