This insert is about the size of a twin mattress. It can be fluffed into a giant pillow or shaped into a little pea pod. It fits me fine as a ~5” person but you can’t roll around on it. Though it sinks pretty low when I lay on it for a while. I feel like I’m touching the floor so that can be uncomfortable and I’d need to reshape/fluff it again.
