Frame is beautiful but needs to be more off ground
The frame itself is gorgeous. Being able to customize it is a definite plus. Butttt I wish the straps was tighter or legs longer so the sac wasn’t touching the ground ☹️

2 person assembly for sure
It’s very comfy for sure, but you forgot to mention how heavy the original packaging is And how you need 2 people to stuff the pillow case. I live alone and had to do some recruiting. It also requires some fluffing after spending time in it….it’s not the lightest thing to schlep around.

The chair in the store was great and comfy. When I got mine many weeks later, the liner has a hole in it. The chair is not as fluffy and comfy. We were thinking of buying a couch as well but this experience for the amount of cost may not be worth it.

Not great
The frame is nice enough; however, it doesn't do anything for the lovesac. It's a mess and heavy to fluff. It's now a dog bed because no one wants to sit in it! So, it's a big waste of money.
