It’s a bit of a struggle to get the covers on, but once you figure out best way for you it’s not so bad. This is the best couch I’ve ever had. I hope it lasts forever. It’s comfortable. I love that I can wash the covers and they dry pretty quickly. My dog also loves this couch.

We ordered the Snugg 2-seat sofa in Morning Fog Vivid Velvet and 2 chairs in the Twilight Navy Vivid Velvet. The order arrived in less than a week. Fortunately our Fedex driver carried the boxes inside for us since a few of them were very heavy. I was able to assemble all of the pieces and add the covers alone (58 y o avg condition female who's impatient😄) but had to pace myself. We went with the swept arms for a more tailored look and the pieces look great in our living room. We got the standard foam and it's firm but not uncomfortable for the sofa. The chairs are very firm and we're swapping to the Lovesoft fill on those. Some people have commented that the furniture looks small. The footprint is smaller and it's visually lighter than the sactional and that's what we wanted in here. We have a sactional in our larger family room that we love. It's more casual and lounge-y than this room. But you could definitely lounge on the Snugg sofa. It's plenty deep and long enough for my husband who's 6' tall. The back support is great too. And it doesn't seem low to the ground, as some have commented. We're very happy with the furniture after a few weeks.

3 and 5 yr olds enjoy it as a crash pad. It helps strengthen grandmas knees getting up and out.

Not only has the entire look and feel of my living room changed for the better with our lovesac furniture, but our entire extended family can finally sit all together! The quality of this furniture IS ABSOLUTELY UNMATCHED. For the first time, we have furniture that doesn't slide and move around. It stays firmly in place, even through 7 grandkids rough housing, it didn't move even a millimeter. We opted for the lovesoft upgrade, and wow, it's fantastic. It's pricey, but I assure you worth every penny.

Excellent warmth and so soft. Love this blanket! My daughter and I would see who would get to it first so I had to buy a second one.

Easy to put on. My cats' hairs blend perfectly with the fabric so my couch no longer looks like a hairy mess in between lint-rolling/washing.

Overall, we love our Lovesac Sactional. We were definitely not prepared for how long it would take to put it together. I watched all of the videos on YouTube, which were all extremely helpful! But no one could prepare us for the journey ahead. It took my husband and I nearly 5 hours to put the couch together. By the time we got finished, we were so exhausted we didn’t care what the couch look like nor what configuration it stayed in. Prior to our Lovesac sactional, we had a couch and two small designer chairs. My style is mid-century modern and our prior arrangement really fit the space and vibe I was going for. Because we were not used to having a sectional of any kind, I quickly realized it took up much more space than I had originally imagined and it was a lot of the same color. For future customers, I would recommend going with a softer color you can add to versus a bold color. That being said, I originally saw this same sactional in one of my clients houses and it absolutely fit their space perfectly! I love the corded velvet venetian taupe! It’s definitely such a versatile color! And because we have dogs, I love the hardiness of the corded velvet! I think it’s a lot of the same color for our tiny space but I was able to swing by target for some blankets and pillows, which made it feel less harsh. We are not able to afford the Lovesac pillows at this time however, I am very interested in investing in Lovesac pillows in the future. I think everybody should get the exact same color I did because it’s that perfect! However! I certainly don’t want everybody’s couch to look just like mine! The functionality of this couch is what makes it! Because I am not used to having a sectional, what made us keep this couch is the ability to change up the configuration to fit what is desired. If I wanted to, I could make the sactional back into a couch and put my designer chairs back into my living room. That would require a lot of work and movement of pieces. Therefore, I will likely keep the configuration we have. Additionally, we have all of the bedding to change the couch into a queen size bed when my sister comes to stay! We also love some of the add-on features we chose! The in-couch storage, power source within the couch, and tray tables are invaluable add-ons. For a new customer, I would highly recommend adding on as much as possible to the couch to fit their needs. That’s what makes the Lovesac worth it! No other couch is made exactly for your desires. One thing I’d love to add is the reclining feature in the future. Furthermore, regarding the textile fabric itself I did worry about the chemicals used to make the fabric. It did have a rather strong smell and after working with the fabric, I had a gritty residue on my hands. Apart from the couch, I did a lot of research on Shawn Nelson before I invested in something so expensive. Before purchasing, nearly any large item, I like to do research on who my money is going to. I like to pay for character and unique ideas. That being said,I really enjoyed watching the YouTube videos on how Shawn got started and how his ideas have changed. I also love that he himself did the configuration and installment videos. Regarding our purchase experience, I really liked being able to go to the store and show my husband what my client had in their house. The sales associate was knowledgeable and was able to answer a majority of our questions. Shipping was much faster than I was prepared for and packaging was pretty efficient. Again, overall, we love our new sactional. Our desire is to continue to shape the couch to fit our needs. We have been excited to show our family and guest our sactional and we will continue to recommend this product, while setting realistic expectations.

The seat covers are easy to use and soft and comfotable.

How many ways can you say love????? Never in my 47 years have I loved furniture so much.
