Worst customer service
Worst customer experience ever. We ordered a sactionals for more than $5000 with custom fabric. Because it can take 4 months to come we asked if they could hold on to the whole couch, the person at the store checked with the manager and said no problem. 2 weeks later we had the whole couch (1 2 seats plus 1 seat) delivered without the cover and the cover are expected to be delivered mid May. We sent 2 messages, 1 to the store and to the general customer line 2-3 weeks ago and no answer. We decided at the end to go to the store for an explanation and the person told us that if the warehouse is full they send everything to people directly and if not at the end of the quarter. So there was no way they would hold on to the couch until May and no one told us that would be the case! They didnt propose any temporary covers or any discount for the fact the our guest house cannot be used until May… worst experience ever for people spending upwards $5000 I was expecting something better. I will not recommend love sac to any people I know
