Falsely advertised as durable
These sofas and fabrics are advertised as being durable and family friendly. Sadly, this is not the case. The fabric (sky corded velvet) looks worn and dingy after just a few months. I’ve only spot treated so far because I’m afraid the covers will fall apart in the washing machine. When I spot treat (gently scrub with a cloth and warm water) the fabric almost disintegrates. It pills and flakes off when wiped and leaves a spot. I’m really disappointed in the quality. Will probably file a claim to get covers replaced with something else.
