Order Incomplete
I had new covers created for my Lovesac sactional with angled sides. The ordering process consisted of using LoveSac’s sectional build to understand what covers were needed for my sactional. After that the web tool automatically added piping different materials into my order to make up all the covers. However, when my covers arrived, they were missing the covers for the side pillows, side pillows come with all angled sides, and this wasn’t an option to order separately. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned that it was not part of the angled sides, which is very confusing for me because my angled side car which came with the side pillows and covers. So not sure how this got dropped, but now I have a couch with new upholstery, but the side pillows are still in the old upholstery covers. There’s something wrong here, obviously.

Just to clarify, the Angled Side Pillows aren't included with the Angled Side orders, but customers can order them separately if they'd like. However, sometimes our Live Configurator may automatically add the Angled Side Pillows...
