1. Eligibility: To participate in the Lovesac Company x Survivor 50 Social Giveaway, Participants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty five (25) years old, or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of The Lovesac Company (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Only individuals meeting all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules may participate in the Giveaway or win a prize (“Participant”). This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: The Giveaway begins on February 25th 2026 at 12:01am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 5th 2026 at 11:59 ET, (the "Promotion Period").

You will need to have an Instagram Account to enter the Giveaway. If you do not have the Instagram app, you may download it through the applicable mobile application store on your device. The Instagram App is free but is subject to the applicable terms and conditions: (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/#)

You must not change your Instagram handle once you have entered this Giveaway and until the prizes are awarded.

4. Limit: Limit two (2) Entries per Participant: Participants are not permitted to submit an entry more than twice during the entry period and only by completing all 4 steps outlined above for two entries, and Steps 1-3 for one entry. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same Instagram Account. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries/ by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to register will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses used to create the Instagram Account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Grand Prize Drawing: Sponsor will randomly select one (4) potential Grand Prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around March 16th, 2026. The potential winners will be notified by direct message from the official @Lovesac handle on Instagram and asked to confirm their name, email address, home mailing address, and date of birth within three days of the date of notice. The potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign documentation as requested by Sponsor which must be returned to Sponsor within four (4) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the requested documentation or provide any other requested information, within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

6. Prizes: FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES: 4 Winners will receive a MovieSac Insert and a Lovesac x Survivor50 MovieSac Cover in their choice of Tribe Colors (Orange, Teal or Magenta). The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any further assistance toward the winner’s tax obligations. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $1,000. Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Giveaway.

Total ARV for all prizing: $4,000.

7. Release: By entering this Giveaway, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, third party claims involving the right to privacy, right of publicity, or intellectual property infringement, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of Giveaway, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Giveaway, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason a Participant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, not received, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Connecticut or the appropriate Connecticut State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Connecticut or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Connecticut.

11. Participant's Personal Information: All Participants will be included on Lovesac’s email or SMS mailing list and will be contacted for marketing and promotional purposes. All personal information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy https://www.lovesac.com/privacy-policy.

2) Leave a voicemail message with your name and why you need to end things with your old couch

Limit one (1) Entry per Participant: Participants are not permitted to submit an entry more than once during the entry period. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same Instagram Account. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries/ by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to register will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses used to create the Instagram Account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

4. Limit: Limit one (1) Entry per Participant. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the phone number that left placed the call to leave the message will be deemed to be the entrant. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Grand Prize Drawing: Sponsor will randomly select 2 potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around March 2, 2026. The potential winners will be notified by phone. The potential winners will be required to give the Sponsor their email address for communications once notified. The potential winner will be required to sign documentation as requested by Sponsor which must be returned to Sponsor within four (4) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. The potential winner forfeits the prize if (i) the potential winner: cannot be contacted; (ii), the potential winner: fails to sign and return the documentation required by Sponsor or any other information requested by Sponsor within the required time period; or (iii) the prize is returned as undeliverable.

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that the potential winner forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

The Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any further assistance toward the winner’s tax obligations. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each is Grand Prize equivalent to the MSRP listed above. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the giveaway.
