The Lovesac Company is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of your personal information. We do not currently offer our products or services to and/or monitor natural persons in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom.

We generally retain your Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the fulfillment of orders, marketing, and/or our own internal analytics, statistical purposes, and other functions. Product Purchases
When you purchase a product (whether on our website where you have the option of logging into an account or checking out as a guest, at one of our locations, or through a third party we have partnered with) or use our mobile applications, you may provide us with Personal Information such as your name, email address, shipping address and/or payment information in order to allow us to confirm, fill, and track your order. This includes account login information if you create one. If you reach out to contact customer service we may ask that you provide us with additional Personal Information, such as your name and phone number, to help us resolve any inquiry or concern you may have.
At Our Touchpoints
When you visit our touchpoints (such as our showrooms, mobile concierges, shop-in shops, or pop-up shops), we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, purchase history with us and other information relevant to your potential future purchases with us. We may also collect your name, email address and phone number when you schedule an appointment to visit one of our showrooms or mobile concierges. This information allows us to reconnect with you and better assist you with your purchases, as well as keep you informed of promotions and other discounts. On Our Website
When you browse our website, we use cookies to automatically gather information about you and/or your computer such as how you interact with our website, internet browsing data, your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and information about your operating system. Subscribing to Updates
When you create an account on our website or sign up to receive updates through our website, email or in our touchpoints we may collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, address and phone number. Surveys, Contests, Sweepstakes, Promotions
As also noted above, we may occasionally contact you to participate in surveys, sweepstakes or focus groups. If you decide to participate in these activities you may be asked to provide Personal Information. This may include your name, email address, and/or information about your shopping preferences, age, household income, date of birth, opinions on product satisfaction, marketing or shopping preferences and may be tied to information we have already received from you. Discounts
If we offer a discount to you based on your status as a health care worker, first responder, military personnel, teacher, etc., you may be asked to provide such Personal Information as your name, date of birth, contact information, and occupation to verify your identity.
Lovesac Credit Card
You may also sign up for a Lovesac credit card as noted above. We work with a third party to provide this service, and participating may require that you provide our partner with Personal Information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and/or social security number.
Applying to Join the Lovesac Team
When you submit an application to join the Lovesac team, we may collect Personal Information from you including your name, address, email address, job history, date of birth and other information relating to your application.
Information Sharing
We will share your Personal Information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
We may provide your Personal Information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as processing and shipping your order, offering customer service, operating our website, facilitating data management and storage, calendaring appointments, offering credit card services, or addressing opt-out requests under this Privacy Policy. Cookies
When you visit our website or mobile application, we generally send cookies to your computer or other devices. We may also use cookies in emails that you receive from us. We do not willingly collect or use Personal Information from minors, as defined by applicable law. Our website, products, mobile application(s) and services are not directed to or intended for use by minors, and the website or mobile application(s) are not intended, or designed, to collect Personal Information from minors.
