All returns must be done using a Lovesac created return shipping label and we require a Lovesac Scheduled Carrier Pickup. Please DO NOT drop your product off at a carrier location for returns as this can delay the process.

These shipping labels and carrier pickups can be requested from a Showroom or a Customer Experience agent.
