Although, they put up a fight (they kept hurling throw pillows at us), they eventually, after a terribly effective propaganda campaign and realizing that we had better food on our side, came to understand that our goals were the same. About Herringsuede
This is no ordinary Microsuede. It is a very lofty suede that has a small herringbone pattern woven directly into the face of the fabric. It might look like a solid from across the room, but up close it actually has a nice but subtle tonal pattern similar to what you would find on only the most dapper of sport coats. This distinctive pattern gives herringsuede a sophisticated and sharp look, made all the more crisp by its backing which eliminates all stretch, resulting in excellent loft and a crisp finish. Herringsuede is thicker than most of the plainer microsuedes which have been overused on furniture of late. However, as with all polyester-based fabrics, the non-porous fibers allow no permanent absorption, making it easy to clean and very stain resistant. It will not disappoint those looking for a high end fabric that is easily maintained.

About Black
It's the new black. Combined with the dull, sueded sheen of herringsuede, this particular black keeps it dark. Goes great with tan, red, blues, whites, and grays.
