How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
Your order will ship within 7 - 10 business days from the date of purchase, although many items may arrive sooner. Shipments will arrive at different times for Khaki Sac and Sactionals Inserts and Covers.

My tracking information doesn't show up when I enter my order # and email address, what’s wrong?
If no tracking information appears for your order, it may not have shipped yet. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days, but tracking information is not typically available until 48-72 hours after your order ships. We’ll also email you your tracking information when your order ships!

How are Sactionals shipped? Do they shrink down like Sacs?
Sactionals Bases and Sides are shipped in individual boxes. Bases include 3 components that are shipped in a single box – the Seat Cushion & Back Cushion come packed up inside the Base Frame. Both Base and Side pieces contain one Wooden Shoe and one Steel Clamp, which is all the hardware you'll need for setup.
