TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SHIPPING
Order fulfillment can take up to two weeks for Sacs, Sac Covers & accessories. Custom Order Covers require three weeks for delivery.
Order fulfillment for Sactionals and Sactional Covers may take up to 90 days.
Inserts and Covers may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations and may be received at different times.
We can not deliver to P.O. boxes / APO or FPO addresses.
Every order must be signed for upon delivery.
RETURNS
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items.
The customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
Under no conditions will shipping charges be returned.
Returns must be reported or claimed within 15 days after receiving products.
WARRANTIES
*3 year warranty must be activated by proper product registration at www.lovesac.com within 90 days from purchase, otherwise the warranty is limited to 90 days, under the same terms. 3 year warranty is limited to the life of the product, subject to industry standards. Coverage is limited to guarantee against manufacturer's defects directly resulting in product failures not stemming from use, abuse, or excessive wear. Product used for commercial purposes is not subject to said warranty. Presentation of the original purchase receipt and registration of the product directly with LoveSac is required (see www.lovesac.com), for all warranty claims.

Lifetime warranty is limited to the life of the product, subject to industry standards. Two-Lifetime warranty is limited to 2 times the life of the product, subject to industry standards. Coverage is limited to guarantee against manufacturer's defects directly resulting in product failures not stemming from use, abuse, or excessive wear. Sacs will not break at the seams, leak, or go flat. Product used for commercial purposes is not subject to said warranty. Presentation of the original purchase receipt and registration of the product directly with LoveSac is required (see www.lovesac.com), for all warranty claims.

A 100% deposit is required for every order placed on LoveSac.com.

The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
